To set up shipping at the product level, open the feed and click Edit for the specific product.

Scroll down, expand the section titled "See additional product data," and navigate to the Product Shipping section. Fill in all the required details in the sections and click Save. Learn more

Note: You can add product-level shipping on single edit and by using the Bulk Editor as well.
