If you don't have a Google Cloud server, you can use Stape.io, which offers the first 10,000 requests for free. After that, you'll need to select a plan that suits your needs.

To initiate the server-side setup with stape.io, start by creating a server container in Google Tag Manager (GTM).

  1. Open your GTM account and navigate to the container you've linked with your Shopify store. Click on the three dots, then select "Create Container" from the options.

  1. Enter a name for your server container, select "Server" and then click on "Create".

  1. Select "Manually Provision tagging server," and copy this container config. URL.

  2. Now, log in to Stape.io and click on "Create Container."

  1. Enter a name for the container, paste the copied container configuration script in the designated area, select your target area, and then click on "Create Container."

  1. Open the container and scroll down to copy the tagging URL.

  1. Now, go to Google Tag Manager (GTM), open your server container, and click on "Admin."

  1. Next, click on "Container Settings."

  1. Enter a name for the container, click Add URL, paste the URL in the section, and then click Save.

  1. Now, go back to Wixpa Tag Manager and click on "Setup" under the server side section.

Add the URL in the designated field and click Save. And download the file from the bottom.

Navigate to the GTM Admin Page, click on Import Container, then choose your file and select Merge. Don't choose Overwrite.

Click on Add to Workspace.

Click "Submit" to publish the changings.

Write Version Name and click on "Publish".

Now your server-side setup is completed successfully🤩!
