# 🚀How to test the Purchase event?🤔

To test **purchase**, use the **Shopify Custom Pixel Test** option, as Google Tag Assistant doesn’t support it. For further details, you can check the [**Shopify Help Center**](https://help.shopify.com/en/manual/promoting-marketing/pixels/custom-pixels/gtm-tutorial)**.** \

To test a **purchase,** go to **Shopify Settings**, open the **Customer Events section**, find the **custom pixel** for **Wixpa Tag Manager**, and click on **Test.**<br>

Open any **product**, click Add to Cart, proceed to Checkout, and **complete the purchase**. Make sure not to close the **Pixel Helper extension pop-up** during the process.<br>

After **completing the purchase,** you'll see that the purchase event was triggered in **Pixel Helper**. Click on **Checkout Completed**, then click **Show** to view the entire **data layer.**<br>

Here, you can see that all your purchase events also being **tracked accurately🥳.**
