First, I’ll choose Manual Configuration. For that, paste the GTM Container ID here that you previously copied from GTM. And click on Next.

Now, select the platform you want to integrate with GTM.

Enter the name and Pixel ID in the designated sections, and select the product ID format based on your preferences.

Select the target area as Entire Store or Specific Selection. If you choose Specific Selection, select the area you want to target, then click Save.

Download the file and Navigate to GTM.

"Admin Page" > "Import Container".

Click "Choose container file" and select the file you just downloaded. Choose "Existing", If you only have a Default Workspace, choose Default Workspace.

Choose "Merge", Don't choose "Overwrite".

Click "Add to Workspace" to complete the import .

Click "Submit" to publish the changings.

Click on “Publish”

Navigate Back to Shopify and click on "Finish".

Click "Copy," then select "Customer Events," which will take you to the Customer Events section.

Click on Add Custom Pixel.

Enter the Name of the pixel and click on Add Pixel.

Now, open Permissions and select according to your need. If you choose Required, the pixel will collect data based on the permissions granted by customers. And if you select Not Required pixels will run always and it will collect data without permission. I'm selecting Not Required.

Replace this 7-line code from the code you copied from the app.

Then click on Save.

Now connect it.

Now your setup is done successfully🤩. For further help you can watch this video tutorial.
